I can't say enough about happy I am to have found Jessica. She is above and beyond any realtor I know of or have heard about. She had a vision for the type of buyers that would be interested in our somewhat unique property and she found them. If you think who the Realtor is that represents your home doesn’t make a difference, you haven’t met Jessica. There are very specific, smart tactics that Jessica employs as apart of her business plan that yield the highest results possible for any seller. My husband and I are an anomaly in that we have purchased 4 homes (and sold 3) in a short time period since moving to Colorado. I could write a book on The Northrop Group and Jessica, but the only thing I probably need to say is that we have collaborated with her so many times with such strong results that I don't think we would have any trust or satisfaction elsewhere. Homebuyers disappeared and transactions ground to a halt this past fall (2023). Fortunately, we had Jessica Northrop working for us to sell our home. She was our realtor when we purchased a home in 2020, coming from Florida. Didn't know her but she was referred and we found her to be terrific! So it was a no-brainer to enlist her and her very professional team to sell our home in Castle Pines when it became necessary for us to move back to Florida. We talked to several folks who finally gave up selling their home because they were getting no showings. However, our home was shown over 20 times and finally was sold to a couple from Boston who were very interested but could not sell their home. Jessica continued to keep in contact and offer solutions and eventually we went under contract and closed in early January. My fiance and I worked with Jessica as first time home buyers. She was recommended to us by family friends, who indicated that she goes way above and beyond and will get us into a house we love. They were definitely right! We worked closely with Jessica and Braden. As first time home buyers, the whole process was pretty daunting and stressful - but they alleviated a ton of that stress. That said, when you find a good potential opportunity she is ALL over it. Our listing was very complicated with a difficult relo company, crazy requirements and ultimately a process to get to close that was not what any of us expected to say the least. Jessica got us through it all with exactly the right advice each step of the way, and secured multiple offers on our home several over asking price and all within hours of listing. There were many things about our move across the country that were stressful, the actual sale of our home was definitely not one of them as Jessica had all aspects of it under control at every moment dealing with multiple parties, helping us find contractors and needed experts... she is the best realtor we’ve worked with in multiple states and multiple transactions. It took me a while to write this review because Jessica provided so much for me. It's easy to sound hyperbolic when writing a review but Jessica and her team were truly the best services I have ever received in any industry. I was a first-time homebuyer in a completely new area and she set up appointments weeks in advance and day-of asked the important pointed questions of sellers and walked me through every step of the process. She worked tirelessly and was up late at night sending me emails of new listings and got my house for way under asking. Her negotiating skills and a true passion for what she does and who she helps is unmatched. I could never repay her for all of her help, and all of the love she showed my family as I purchased my first home!

We would highly recommend Jessica. She was our buyer's agent in a "seller's market." The first house we put an offer on, we were the 5th offer and about 50 potential buyers had already looked at the house. Jessica helped us make our offer as competitive as possible, but ultimately there was a bidding war and we bowed out when the price went too high. She guided us through that process and was extremely responsive, talking to us multiple times on weekends/evenings. We were expecting to have to make several offers before getting a house in the Denver real estate market. We looked at some more properties - she worked around our work schedules completely and we viewed properties on evenings and weekends. We made an offer on a second house - this one she suggested we offer $20k under list price. We did, and the seller came down to $10k under list price. This was the house we ended up closing on. We used an inspector that Jessica recommended and had a good experience with them too - they were very detailed and thorough, and competitively priced. It was about 3-4 weeks between the offer and the closing, and the process continued to be smooth, with Jessica and her associate Jayd being very responsive throughout. They consistently communicated and reminded us of the next steps. We closed without any problems and we love the new house. We would highly recommend Jessica as an agent who will anticipate the pitfalls and get the job done quickly and well. All told it was about 6 weeks between meeting Jessica and moving into our new home.

Jessica helped my family relocate from San Diego to the Denver metro area and I simply can not say enough good things about my home buying experience with her.
