The Denver Metro Association of Realtors® hosted the 43rd annual Excellence Awards on Thursday, April 8th, and this year the awards went virtual for the first time. The awards celebrated winners from six different categories across the Denver, Colorado area including individuals, teams and brokerages.
Jessica Northrop is honored to be named a 2021 Excellence Award Winner in the Diamond Tier ($40 million+, 100+ sides). The award comes after completing the most unique year of 2020 finishing as the #1 Individual Agent at Compass – Denver (Closed Volume, 2020). As a whole, Compass ranked #1 for brokerages with 201+ agents in sales production and number of transactions ahead of HomeSmart Realty Group and Keller Williams Preferred Realty.

In April, Jessica also continued on her notable success of 2020. Compass announced their first ever Quarterly Top Broker Awards and Jessica was named the Top Individual Agent at Compass – Denver based on sales volume for January - March of 2021.
