The Jessica Northrop Group is thrilled to announce the addition of Braden Fridell and Taylor Whitton to the team.

As a Broker Associate with The Northrop Group, Braden is an up and coming force within the real estate community. He is a natural entrepreneur and got his start in Portland, Oregon in 2018. Braden has been professionally recognized in the real estate community and was able to establish himself within Oregon’s top luxury real estate brand. He has since expanded his focus to Colorado and now finds himself centrally located near the heart of the Mile-High City. 

Since entering the real estate market, Braden has quickly made a name for himself. Braden’s keen eye for advanced marketing and innovation combined with his ability to think on his feet allows him to bring only the most superb real estate service to his clients. His specialty is the luxury real estate market but he handles all price points. Braden has had great success, including one of the largest off-market transactions of the year, which he has since been recognized and published within a variety of publications. 

A Colorado native, Taylor joins The Northrop Group as Broker Associate. She offers extensive knowledge of the Denver market having worked in property management and apartment locating for over 5 years, Taylor is self-motivated and seeks excellence with a sense of urgency. 

In addition to her consistent continued education, Taylor also sits on the Government Affairs Committee which keeps her in tune with political policies that could affect her clients. In 2021 Taylor was voted in as Vice Chair of the Young Professionals Committee within the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
