Eric Northrop leads Strategy, Innovation and Operations for The Northrop Group, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare, sales, account management, IT services, and insurance. His background informs a practical, thoughtful approach to supporting the team’s growth and strengthening the client experience.
Before joining the team full time, Eric led select operational initiatives for The Northrop Group over several years. He also brings years of hands-on real estate investing experience alongside Jessica Northrop, giving him a valuable perspective on both the business and ownership sides of real estate.
Eric holds a BBA from Wichita State University and an MBA from Baker University. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, snowboarding, biking, hiking, fishing, and just about anything that gets him outdoors.
